New Restaurant is Open

I see a big banner on front of the new Pimento's downtown advertising the fact that they are officially open. I may head down to check the place out tonight. Stay tuned.

I went last night with a friend. It was very good and we were both pleasantly surprised! The upstairs dining room has been repainted and gives it much more ambiance through a deep red color. We both ordered seafood and were pleased with both the quality, taste and unusual combination of ingredients. The wine list was decent and the waitress knew the menu, made good suggestions and was extremely attentive. They need a sign in the window that says "Good food really is in here!"
